UNCG MFA Reading: Jackson, Compo

The MFA Writing Program at UNC Greensboro will host a poetry and ficiton reading by Lisa Compo and Aaron Jackson on Friday, February 10th at 6:00 PM at Scuppernong Books, 304 South Elm Street. A part of the MFA Writing Program’s 2023 Thesis Reading Series, the event is free and open to the public.

LISA COMPO is a second-year poet from the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She is a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Writing Center Consultant at the university. She has poems recently published in journals such as: Zone 3, The Journal, Rhino, Crab Creek Review, Sugar House Review, and elsewhere.

AARON JACKSON is a second-year fiction writer from Phoenix, AZ. He currently serves as the Managing Editor for The Greensboro Review. You can find him on twitter @aaronbergjack.
